The short version
We collect what we need to run your dashboard and bill your subscription. We don't run third-party tracking. We don't sell your data. You can export everything and delete your account whenever you want.
1. Who we are
StayMetrics is a software product operated by David Hernandez ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@staymetrics.app.
2. What we collect
Account data: your email address, name, and password (stored hashed). We use this to authenticate you and contact you about your account.
Integration data: when you connect Hospitable, PriceLabs, or Airbnb, we ingest property, reservation, pricing, and review data from those services on your behalf. We do not collect guest payment information.
Usage data: server logs (request paths, timestamps, IP addresses) used for debugging and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for 30 days.
Billing data: handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number. We do store the last four digits and the subscription metadata Stripe sends us.
3. What we don't collect
We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or other behavioral tracking on this site or inside the app.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share it with advertisers.
4. How we use it
To operate the product: compute your dashboards, sync your integrations, send you alerts you've opted into, and bill your subscription.
To improve the product: aggregate, de-identified analytics about which features are used. We do not look at individual hosts' data without their explicit permission (e.g., a support ticket).
To contact you: about your account, billing, integration failures, and significant product changes. Marketing email is opt-in.
5. Where it lives
Primary database: Supabase (US region). Backups encrypted at rest.
Application hosting: Vercel (US region).
Email delivery: Resend.
Payments: Stripe.
AI features (when used): Anthropic. No customer data is used to train models — Anthropic's commercial terms apply.
6. Your rights
Access: you can export your data from settings at any time.
Deletion: you can delete your account at any time. We delete your data within 30 days; backups roll off within 90 days.
Correction: contact support@staymetrics.app if any data is wrong.
If you're in a jurisdiction with stronger rights (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), those rights apply on top of the above.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
8. Changes
When this policy changes materially, we'll email registered users and update the date at the top.
